Job Title: ForgeRock Specialist

We are seeking a CIAM Specialist to support customer identity and access management initiatives across authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and user experience journeys. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CIAM flows and common use cases, strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock products, and practical knowledge of identity integration patterns. React.js and UI development experience are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support CIAM solutions across customer login, registration, profile, consent, and recovery flows

• Work with ForgeRock platform components including PingIDM, PingAM, PingDS, PingFederate, and IG

• Support integration of CIAM capabilities with web and mobile applications

• Troubleshoot and resolve identity, authentication, federation, and lifecycle-related issues

• Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Contribute to UI and front-end improvements for identity journeys where needed

• Support testing, deployment, and production stabilization activities

• Document technical solutions, configurations, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of CIAM concepts, flows, and use cases

• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock / Ping Identity products, especially:

• PingIDM

•  PingAM

• PingDS

• PingFederate

• IG

• Experience with identity federation, SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and access management

• Ability to troubleshoot and support identity integrations

• Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have Qualifications:

• Experience with React.js

• Understanding of UI development and customer-facing digital journeys
