Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands-on development and maintenance on IBM AS400 / iSeries platform using RPG/RPGLE.
Work on IBM I ERP/Supply Chain Management applications (preferably KBM product).
Provide 24/7 IBM i technical support, working in shifts as required.
Perform technical triage, debugging RPG/CL programs to quickly identify root causes and resolve issues within SLAs.
Create design documents based on client requirements and walkthrough with clients.
Develop sub-procedures, subroutines, and service programs as needed.
Apply technical expertise in free-format RPG, SQLRPGLE, CL programming, and distributed processing environments.
Handle Client requirement, creating design document and walk them with client.
