We are seeking an experienced Enrollment Specialist / Senior Analyst with strong expertise in Provider/Payer Enrollment processes within the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with the Facets Enrollment module and have practical knowledge of automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca or Playwright. The role involves managing provider onboarding, credentialing activities, enrollment workflows, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage provider and payer enrollment activities using the Facets Enrollment module.

• Handle end-to-end provider onboarding and enrollment workflows.

• Perform credentialing activities and maintain required documentation.

• Work with CAQH and ensure accurate provider information and timely attestations.

• Track enrollment applications and monitor status throughout the lifecycle.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely completion.

• Support testing and automation of enrollment workflows using Tosca or Playwright.

• Perform workflow validations, regression testing, and process improvements.

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

• Provide regular status updates and effectively manage escalations.

Mandatory Skills

Healthcare Domain

• Strong experience in Provider Enrollment and/or Payer Enrollment.

• Good understanding of credentialing processes and provider onboarding.

• Hands-on experience with CAQH and healthcare documentation.

Technical Skills

• Mandatory experience with Facets – Enrollment Module.

• Hands-on experience with either:

  • Tricentis Tosca, OR

  • Playwright.

• Experience in workflow testing and automation.

• Knowledge of provider data management and enrollment lifecycle processes.

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a collaborative environment.

Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions)

• Hands-on experience with Facets Enrollment Module.

• Practical experience with Tosca or Playwright.

• Strong knowledge of Provider/Payer Enrollment and Credentialing processes.

• Immediate availability to join (June joiners preferred).

• Willingness to work in a 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift.

• Comfortable working in a Hybrid model.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Payer domain.

• Exposure to enrollment workflow automation.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve enrollment-related issues.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
