Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Project Lead – Solution Integration to drive the implementation of telecom BSS/AAA/Charging systems for global carrier clients. This is a technical leadership role, not a purely managerial position. The ideal candidate will have strong telecom domain expertise and the ability to execute complex system integrations in live carrier environments.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Execution

• Lead technical implementation of BSS, AAA, OCS, PCRF, and billing platforms

• Provide hands-on troubleshooting of RADIUS, Diameter, charging, and authentication systems

• Diagnose and resolve issues in Linux-based production environments

• Execute sprint deliverables and support CR (Change Request) implementations

System Integration & Delivery

• Lead API integrations (REST/SOAP) and third-party system integrations

• Manage data migration, interface testing, and deployment activities

• Support gap analysis between customer requirements and product capabilities

• Drive UAT planning, defect tracking, and resolution

Customer & Documentation

• Engage directly with customer technical teams

• Participate in solution workshops and requirement discussions

• Create technical documentation including solution design, deployment guides, and troubleshooting runbooks

Required Experience

• 7–12 years of experience in Telecom BSS/OSS environments

• Strong expertise in RADIUS and Diameter protocols , Charging systems (OCS, PCRF), AAA systems & Telecom billing flows

• Strong Linux administration & troubleshooting skills

• SQL proficiency and database performance troubleshooting

• Experience with API integrations and system interfaces

• Experience working with telecom operators/carrier-grade environments
