Job Title: Zero-to-1 Backend Engineer (CTO / VP of Engineering) (AI-First | Crypto). Looking for someone which can start as an IC and later move to leadership role and own a complete Engineering org.

Role:
Build backend-heavy financial systems from scratch across crypto/stablecoin/web3 infrastructure. Own architecture, scalability, and security while working in an AI-first engineering setup.

Key Requirements:

• Strong backend in Python

• Experience with payments, ledgers, reconciliation, or wallets

• Solid system design (distributed systems, APIs, microservices)

• Hands-on with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ

• Hands-on with AWS

• Understanding of blockchain, wallets, or token systems

• Strong security and infra fundamentals

• AI-first mindset (using AI tools in development)
  

Preferred:

• Crypto/stablecoin/blockchain/web3 experience

• Zero-to-1 startup builder

• Multi-chain or smart contract exposure
  

Team:
Small, AI-native, building across multiple blockchains. Focus on quality scaling, not team size.
