C5i is developing next-generation Generative AI and LLM solutions and is looking for a Lead Generative AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of production-ready AI systems. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agent workflows, and end-to-end GenAI implementations.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI/ML solutions in production.
Deliver end-to-end Generative AI implementations (minimum 3 projects).
Build and optimize LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering and AI agent workflows.
Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement scalable AI solutions.
Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for architecture, performance, and scalability.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage AI models.
Process and analyze large datasets using SQL, Pandas, or Apache Spark.
Contribute to solution design (HLD/LLD) and provide technical leadership for AI initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
7+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI/ML solutions
Proven experience delivering 3 or more end-to-end Generative AI implementations in production
Strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and building AI agent workflows
Experience designing RAG pipelines using Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar)
Strong programming skills in Python (minimum 3 years); familiarity with R or SQL is a plus
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Experience with data processing tools such as SQL, Pandas, or Apache Spark
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience interacting with global stakeholders and multi-location teams
