Role Overview

• We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer (React.js) to design, develop, and lead the architecture of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript technologies, with the ability to guide teams, establish best practices, and ensure top-tier software quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies (NextJS, Redux, TypeScript, Webpack).

• Build reusable front-end components and libraries for long-term scalability.

• Optimize application performance across a wide range of browsers and devices.

• Integrate front-end code with backend APIs (RESTful and GraphQL).

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and guidelines.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure quality deliverables.

• Design and maintain end-to-end software architectures ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices.

• Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and reusable design patterns.

• Provide technical leadership for system integrations and AWS cloud architecture.

• Oversee project delivery with focus on system quality, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Requirements

• 7+ years of overall software development experience, with 5+ years in React.js.

• Proven experience in architecting scalable front-end and full-stack applications.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern JS frameworks.

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and cloud-native development.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA.
  

Note: Our client offers remote work but Candidate needs to visit Ahmedabad ( HQ ) 3 to 5 times in an year and need to stay one whole week for each visit.
