Scrum Master / Technical Lead – Microsoft Copilot (AI/GenAI)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Scrum Master who can lead Agile delivery while actively building Microsoft Copilot–based agentic solutions.

This is a hybrid role (50% Agile Delivery + 50% Technical Execution) requiring strong expertise in Scrum, stakeholder management, and enterprise-grade Copilot implementations. You will act as the bridge between architecture, business, and engineering, ensuring both execution excellence and technical quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agile Delivery & Project Management (50%)

• Scrum Tools (Jira/Devops)

• Own end-to-end delivery tracking, sprint commitments, and PI objectives

• Manage work using Azure DevOps (Boards, Backlogs, Reporting)

• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable delivery

• Enforce Agile governance, Definition of Done, and quality standards

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans

• Conduct demos, sprint reviews, and executive-level updates

• Ensure alignment between architecture, delivery, and business goals

3. Team Leadership & Execution Governance

• Lead cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Product Owners)

• Mentor teams on Agile maturity and engineering best practices

• Drive accountability, velocity improvement, and delivery excellence

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and release processes

4. Hands-on Technical Development – Microsoft Copilot (50%)

• Build and configure agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Design and implement agentic workflows and automation solutions

• Develop integrations using:

  • Azure Logic Apps

  • REST APIs and enterprise systems

• Integrate Copilot with enterprise platforms:

  • Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, TM1, etc.

• Implement:

  • Data mapping, transformations, and workflow orchestration

  • Secure authentication (OAuth2, Microsoft Entra ID)

• Write scripts in:

  • PowerShell / Python / C# / JavaScript

• Collaborate with architects to convert solution designs into scalable implementations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 10–15 years of experience in software engineering + Agile delivery

• Proven experience with Scrum Tools (Jira/Devops)

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

  • REST API integrations and enterprise system connectivity

• Working experience with:

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio (POCs or production)

  • Microsoft Azure ecosystem

• Knowledge of:

  • OAuth2, API security, and enterprise authentication

  • Integration patterns and distributed systems

• Experience managing Agile workflows in Azure DevOps

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, or enterprise SaaS platforms
  Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps

• Exposure to GenAI / LLM-based applications and prompt engineering

• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and enterprise security

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
