We are seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and successful delivery of complex enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in large language model ecosystems, and the ability to establish engineering best practices while driving innovation across AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions

• Define and implement engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices for GenAI application development

• Drive technical decision-making related to LLM selection, architecture design, and implementation strategies

• Build, optimize, and scale production-grade RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems

• Provide technical leadership by mentoring engineers and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and define implementation approaches

• Ensure AI systems are designed with scalability, performance, reliability, and security in mind

• Stay updated with emerging AI trends and recommend innovative solutions and technologies

Primary Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python

• Strong experience working with multiple Large Language Model (LLM) platforms

• Expertise in advanced prompt engineering and orchestration techniques

• Proven experience building and managing large-scale production RAG systems

• Strong understanding of AI performance tuning and optimization

• Knowledge of AI application security best practices and governance frameworks

Secondary Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and AI initiatives

• Strong vendor evaluation and technology assessment capabilities

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
