🔍 Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will drive end-to-end execution for cloud and data engineering projects. You will manage scope, timelines, sprints, budgets, internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth collaboration across global teams. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring exceptional communication, planning, and delivery excellence.

🧩 What You Will Do

• Create project plans using Smartsheet based on scope defined by Solutions Architects

• Identify project activities, dependencies, sequencing, and time estimates

• Onboard engineering teams to customer systems, processes, deliverables, and documentation expectations

• Prepare project kick-off decks, charters, and tracking mechanisms in collaboration with customers

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives

• Facilitate architecture discussions, review calls, and document decisions across teams in India and U.S. time zones

• Create and maintain meeting notes, weekly customer updates, and organized project documentation

• Review & approve employee timesheets, leaves, and manage team calendars

• Ensure customer success through proactive communication of status, risks, and requests

• Own escalations and drive resolution with urgency

• Manage scope changes by creating appropriate project documentation

🎯 What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years experience in cloud engineering or data engineering projects

• 2+ years experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master working with U.S. clients/time zones

• Expertise in Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence, Clockify

• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation & coaching skills

• Ability to manage both internal and external delivery teams

• Strong prioritization and problem-solving capability

• Experience managing AWS Data Lake projects

• Professional Scrum Master™ certification

• Managing Jira Projects certification
