We partner with B2B SaaS companies and enterprises to design world-class product experiences — from complex enterprise dashboards and AI-powered interfaces to full-scale platform redesigns. We are a team of 70+ designers, researchers, and technologists, aggressively growing our US and global pipeline.

Own Divami's account-based marketing engine — identifying, targeting, and converting a select list of high-value B2B SaaS and enterprise accounts into design partnership conversations. You will work closely with sales and leadership to build personalized programs that penetrate key accounts in fintech, HR tech, DevOps, and supply chain verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a target account list (TAL) of 100300 accounts segmented by vertical, deal potential, and buyer readiness.

  • Design and execute multichannel ABM campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct mail, content syndication) personalized at the account and persona level.

  • Create account-level assets—personalized decks, onepagers, and UX audit reports that speak directly to a prospect's pain points.

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop industry-specific thought leadership mapped to each vertical in the TAL.

  • Monitor account engagement signals using ABM tools (6sense, Demand base) and trigger sales outreach at the right moment.

  • Report on pipeline contribution, account penetration rate, and influenced revenue monthly.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years specifically running ABM programs.

  • Experience at a SaaS, IT services, or design/technology firm strongly preferred.

  • Hands-on with ABM platforms (Demand base, 6sense, Terminus) and CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • Strong written communication — ability to craft hyper-personalized outreach that does not feel generic.

  • Comfortable owning end-to-end execution in a lean team, not just strategy.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to UX, product, or design as a category.

  • US market outreach experience.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
