About the job

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, and business-driven problem solving. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, build relevant context, conduct market research, and develop scalable AI-powered solutions using strong technical and business logic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python.

  • Build and integrate AI, Generative AI, LLM, NLP, and automation capabilities.

  • Develop strong context-building and prompt engineering approaches for AI applications.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven research using business logic.

  • Translate business requirements into effective AI/ML solutions and workflows.

  • Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

  • Integrate AI solutions with databases, APIs, backend services, and frontend applications.

  • Work with frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js when required.

  • Develop, test, debug, and optimize AI/ML models and applications.

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver practical AI solutions.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Machine Learning.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or software development.

  • Strong programming skills in Python.

  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or RAG.

  • Strong understanding of context building, prompt engineering, and business logic.

  • Experience with market research, data analysis, and problem solving.

  • Knowledge of APIs, backend development, databases, and software development practices.

  • Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, or similar frontend technologies.

  • Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or equivalent Python frameworks.

  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and build end-to-end AI-powered solutions.

Good to Have

  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face.

  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and RAG pipelines.

  • Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and MLOps.

  • Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
