We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare professional with strong expertise in the Facets platform to manage customer and provider experience processes, escalations, and service improvements.
The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with Tosca or Playwright for automation/testing along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer/provider experience processes in US Healthcare
Handle escalations, quality, and service improvement initiatives
Work closely with stakeholders for issue resolution
Support automation/validation of CX workflows
Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience in Facets platform
Hands-on experience with Tosca or Playwright (automation/testing)
US Healthcare domain knowledge (CX / Provider support)
Strong communication and stakeholder management
