This is an equity based role, wherein the base salary will be 10-12 Lakhs and remaining will be on equity.

• As the CTO of Aminuteman Technologies, you will lead the development of Valley AI OS, a kernel-based AI operating system for Physical AI applications like drones, humanoids, and satellites.

• You will create an AI-native platform that changes the OS from a static resource manager to a smart, real-time system.

• You will design and implement a dual-kernel architecture that combines a traditional OS kernel for memory, scheduling, and I/O with a specialized AI/LLM kernel optimized for real-time inference, context management, and flexible resource allocation.
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Your responsibilities will include building in-kernel AI computation modules for direct sensory processing and cognitive inference.

• You will engineer ultra-low latency, real-time inference pipelines for mission-critical defense environments.

• You will also create a strong edge-cloud orchestration layer that balances on-device autonomy with cloud-based model training and ongoing improvements.

• Additionally, you will design a hardware abstraction layer for AI accelerators and various sensors to ensure compatibility across robotic and aerospace platforms.

• This role will require you to use your knowledge of operating systems, real-time embedded systems, and AI/ML deployment to define and carry out the technical vision for the next generation of Physical AI infrastructure.
