Senior AI Developer – Engineering Design Automation (Infrastructure)

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to automate the design of large-scale infrastructure projects. You will build AI models that transform geographic, geotechnical, and structural data into optimized engineering blueprints for water systems, roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Generative Design: Build pipelines to automate 2D drafting and 3D modeling workflows.

• Compliance RAG: Create RAG systems to parse regulatory codes and design manuals.

• Data Integration: Convert CAD/BIM files and LiDAR data into AI-ready training formats.

• Software APIs: Build custom plug-ins to connect AI models with engineering software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Tech: Expert Python, proficient C++, and mastery of PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• CAD/BIM Automation: Experience with APIs like Autodesk Revit/Civil 3D, Rhino/Grasshopper, or Bentley.

• 3D & Spatial Data: Proficiency with Open3D, PCL, GDAL, or ArcPy.

• Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with Docker and AWS or Azure ML infrastructure.

• Background: 4+ years of experience in ML, CAD automation, or generative design. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Computational Engineering.

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs).

• Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) or computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
