About the job

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (8+ years) with strong expertise in CPQ and Pricing solutions to design, architect, and deliver scalable enterprise systems that support complex business models and pricing strategies.

As a Solution Architect, you will act as a key bridge between business and technology teams. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical architectures, with a strong focus on CPQ and Pricing platforms, integrations, and enterprise system design

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect end-to-end CPQ and Pricing solutions aligned with business objectives

  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs

  • Lead integration design across CPQ, CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications using APIs and middleware

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define pricing models, configuration logic, and quoting workflows

  • Ensure solution scalability, performance, security, and long-term sustainability

  • Provide technical leadership during implementation and delivery phases

  • Review solution designs and ensure adherence to architecture standards and best practices

  • Support issue resolution during build, testing, and production phases

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in software architecture or solution design roles

  • Strong hands-on expertise in CPQ and Pricing systems (mandatory)

  • Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, and distributed system architecture

  • Strong understanding of CRM/ERP ecosystems and business process flows

  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale, high-availability solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with leading CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, etc.)

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, subscription models, and revenue lifecycle management
