We are looking for a seasoned engineer to design and develop scalable microservices and APIs for our cloud-hosted IoT platform. The role involves building robust backend systems, enabling seamless integrations, and implementing DevOps practices to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop scalable microservices and APIs for a cloud-based IoT platform.

• Ensure seamless integration of backend services with IoT devices, data streams, and frontend applications.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps practices to achieve high availability and operational efficiency.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend, data engineering, and product teams, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for coding standards, architecture, and cloud infrastructure

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience in microservices and backend development.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

• 3+ years of experience with AWS, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred:

• Exposure to IoT applications, Terraform/CloudFormation, MQTT, and WebSockets.

• AWS certifications or equivalent cloud expertise
