We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to manage sales pipelines, CRM hygiene, reporting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will support revenue growth by optimizing sales workflows, tracking performance, and enabling effective pipeline and customer lifecycle management
Own inbound and outbound pipeline targets.
Manage CRM hygiene and make sure notes are updated.
Manage daily scrum and pipeline review
Manage onboarding of tracking of usage
Manage churn risk and trigger it proactively.
