We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performing network solutions across IP, transport, mobile core, and 5G environments. The role focuses on cloud-native networking, platform integration, automation, and DevOps practices to ensure reliable and resilient network capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, support complex incident resolution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of network performance, security, and operational Excellence.

Network Engineering & Architecture

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performing network solutions across multiple domains (e.g., IP, transport, mobile core, 5G).

• Conduct deep technical analysis to identify network performance, reliability, and scalability improvements.

• Define and contribute to domain-specific technology roadmaps aligned with business and customer needs.

• Provide expert recommendations on technology investments, vendor solutions, and architecture evolution.

Platform Engineering & Integration

• Ensure seamless integration between network elements, platforms, applications, and cloud environments.

• Support the evolution of cloud-native and software-defined network architectures.

• Contribute to platform standardization and reusable engineering patterns.

• Performance, Reliability & Security

• Ensure network solutions meet strict SLAs for availability, latency, throughput, and reliability.

• Embed security-by-design principles and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex network incidents.

DevOps & Delivery Excellence

• Champion DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.

• Collaborate in Agile delivery models to ensure rapid and reliable deployment of network capabilities.

• Improve observability through monitoring, telemetry, and analytics-driven insights.

• Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into deployable solutions.

• Act as a technical mentor to junior engineers and contribute to building engineering capability within the team.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
