We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to work closely on a tight-knit team that will be building next-generation products to solve complex enterprise business use cases. You will be designing and implementing—with security, scalability, reliability, and observability as pillars to your approach—rich UI interfaces and performant APIs for consumption by multiple enterprise applications across mobile, web and direct API integration experiences.
Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
Design and develop production-ready, scalable, maintainable, and testable frontend and backend applications.
Build rich and responsive user interfaces and performant APIs for consumption across web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain backend services, frontend applications, microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Define solution architectures that balance security, scalability, reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability.
Design and implement distributed systems capable of handling high-volume enterprise workloads.
Investigate production failures, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements in reliability and operational excellence.
Ensure software development and deployment artifacts comply with applicable security, regulatory, and engineering standards.
Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles throughout the software development and operational lifecycle.
Implement appropriate strategies for low latency, high throughput, fault tolerance, and horizontal scalability.
Participate actively in code reviews and provide high-quality, actionable technical feedback.
Prioritize and estimate development tasks to support incremental and predictable delivery.
Identify and communicate technical risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges proactively.
Collaborate with US-based teams across time zones to ensure technical alignment and high-quality delivery.
Mentor team members and share knowledge around software architecture, development practices, testing, cloud, security, and DevOps.
Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute ideas to the organization's technology roadmap.
Leverage Generative AI coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows to understand existing codebases and accelerate software development.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
7–9 years of relevant software engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade software applications.
Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Hands-on experience with Node.js / Next.js and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript design patterns.
Experience developing responsive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience developing scalable backend services with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Strong experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, EKS, RDS, and related cloud services.
Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
Experience with Kubernetes ecosystem technologies such as Rancher and Istio.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins, CloudBees, GitLab, and CI/CD automation.
Experience implementing continuous integration, continuous deployment, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Experience with Git-based version control, branching strategies, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.
Experience with Apigee for API management.
Experience with Istio and service mesh technologies.
Experience designing secure, resilient, and scalable API ecosystems.
Proven ability to design low-latency and high-throughput distributed systems.
Experience implementing circuit breakers, rate limiting, caching, fault tolerance, and scalability strategies.
Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, and operational reliability.
Experience applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
Strong understanding of application and container security.
Experience securing applications and containers using digital certificates, TLS/SSL, and secure communication mechanisms.
Ability to incorporate security and compliance requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
Hands-on experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong understanding of DevOps, continuous delivery, and rapid feedback loops.
Ability to analyze complex problems from a broader perspective and identify dependencies across multiple technical and business domains.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with distributed global teams.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack and cloud-native development expertise who can independently own complex technical solutions from design through production.
They should combine strong Java/Spring Boot, React/TypeScript, AWS, microservices, Kubernetes, and DevOps experience with a strong focus on security, scalability, reliability, observability, and engineering excellence.
