We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in managing daily operations, schedules, and coordination. The role involves handling travel arrangements, calendar management, stakeholder communication, and administrative tasks while ensuring seamless execution of meetings, events, and business activities.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transport, visas if required)
Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments across calendars
Handle calendar management, ensuring optimal scheduling and avoiding conflicts
Coordinate last-minute changes in travel plans or meetings efficiently
Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and documentation
Track and follow up on action items and deadlines
Maintain confidential records and communication
Support in organizing corporate events, leadership meetings, and offsites
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations

Experience in calendar & travel management tools

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant preferred
