We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce releases across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases for Salesforce applications.

• Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows, Flows, validation rules, and Apex triggers.

• Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Identify, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.

• Support release validation, smoke testing, and production verification activities.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of QA/testing experience with strong Salesforce testing expertise.

• Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.

• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, standard and custom objects.

• Strong experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration testing.

• Hands-on experience with test planning, test case creation, defect management, and root cause analysis.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce testing certifications are a plus.

• Experience working with enterprise Salesforce ecosystems and integrated applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
