We are looking for an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role offers an opportunity to design and build high-performing, user-centric, and visually engaging web applications that impact thousands of users. You’ll be an integral part of shaping our frontend architecture, defining coding standards, and mentoring junior developers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Design, and Backend Engineering.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React.js (or similar frameworks).
Build reusable components and libraries for future use to ensure maintainability and performance.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to convert UI/UX wireframes into responsive and accessible interfaces.
Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate frontend components with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Implement state management using tools like Redux, MobX, or Recoil.
Drive and enforce frontend best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and version control standards.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous learning across the team.
Collaborate with backend engineers to define data models, APIs, and system integration.
Continuously monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and security.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role.
Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with React.js and related ecosystem tools.
Proficiency with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Recoil, Zustand, etc.).
Experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL.
Strong understanding of frontend build tools — Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM, Yarn, etc.
Solid knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
Familiarity with performance tuning, browser debugging tools, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in mentoring or leading engineers is a strong plus.
Exposure to Next.js or Vue.js frameworks.
Experience with Design Systems, Storybook, or Figma-to-code workflows.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of micro-frontend architecture.
