We are seeking an experienced SunSystems Functional & Technical Specialist to join our client, Droadmap. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SunSystems, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective financial system solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Implement, configure, and support Infor SunSystems solutions.  

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.  

  • Provide functional and technical expertise for SunSystems modules and integrations.  

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams to optimize system processes.  

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.  

  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities.  

  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.  

  • Interact directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.  

  • Prepare and maintain system documentation and process guides.  

Required Skills & Experience 

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infor SunSystems.  

  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of SunSystems.  

  • Proven experience in client-facing and stakeholder management roles.  

  • Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes/systems.  

  • Experience in system implementation, support, and customization.  

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.  

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience working with international clients, particularly UK-based clients.  

  • Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting workflows, and ERP integrations.  

  • Exposure to related financial applications and reporting tools.
