We’re looking for a Growth Engineer who sits at the intersection of engineering, content, and community. This is an early-stage, high-impact role where you’ll work across multiple growth channels and directly with the founder to shape how developers discover and adopt VideoSDK.

What You’ll Do

• Write high-quality technical blogs around real-time communication, WebRTC, and product use cases

• Create technical video content explaining product features, tutorials, and integrations

• Drive developer-focused content across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)

• Build and engage with the developer community (online + offline initiatives)

• Experiment with multiple growth channels (SEO, social, developer platforms, events)

• Work closely with the product and engineering team to simplify complex concepts into clear content
  

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in a technical or developer-facing role

• Good understanding of software development fundamentals (React, JavaScript/Node.js preferred)

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly through writing or videos

• Interest in content creation, developer marketing, or community building

• Hands-on mindset with willingness to experiment and learn fast

• Good communication skills

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with WebRTC, APIs, or real-time communication products

• Prior experience in technical writing, developer advocacy, or content creation

• Familiarity with tools like GitHub, OBS, video editing, or blogging platforms
