We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to own the complete sales cycle for our US-based candidates — from first contact to closure. Since you'll be working with candidates across US time zones, this role involves evening and/or early morning shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, for US-based
candidates.
Call prospective leads, understand their career goals, and pitch suitable programs/services.
Follow up consistently through calls, email, and WhatsApp until closure.
Close sales and consistently achieve monthly targets.
Update and maintain accurate notes and records of all leads, interactions, and
outcomes in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of closed candidates.
Work Schedule
Hybrid: mix of on-site (Baner office) and remote work
Rotational shifts aligned to US time zones — evening and/or early morning calls required
Requirements
2–5 years of sales/inside sales experience, preferably with US or international clients (edtech/IT staffing a plus)
Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable engaging US-based professionals
Willingness to work evening/early morning shifts
Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven work
Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined record-keeping
