We are looking for an experienced L3 Specialist Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud, Network Security, Identity & Access Management, Observability, and Automation.

  • Zscaler ZIA / ZPA

  • Azure Networking, ExpressRoute & VPN

  • Azure WAF, Application Gateway & Azure Front Door

  • Azure API Management (APIM)

  • Azure AD / Entra ID, ADFS & PIM

  • CyberArk PAM

  • Prometheus, Grafana & Azure Monitor

  • Azure Log Analytics & KQL

  • Terraform / Ansible

  • PowerShell / Python / Bash

  • Strong L3 Troubleshooting & Architecture Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an L3 escalation point for complex technical issues.

  • Design and implement Azure and hybrid cloud solutions.

  • Manage and support network security platforms including Palo Alto and Zscaler.

  • Work on Identity, PAM, Observability, and Infrastructure platforms.

  • Perform RCA and provide permanent solutions for critical incidents.

  • Develop automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting tools.

  • Create technical documentation and mentor L2 engineers.

Good To Have

  • NetApp ONTAP / Azure NetApp Files

  • NetFlow / sFlow

  • Dynatrace / AppDynamics / New Relic / Application Insights

  • Trend Micro Apex One / XDR

  • CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code experience

  • Relevant Azure, Palo Alto, Zscaler, CyberArk, Terraform, or Ansible certifications
