We are currently hiring Mobile QA Automation Engineers (5-12 Years) for the newly established Woolworths Group Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bangalore.

Position Purpose

We are seeking a talented and motivated QA Mobile Tester to join our growing development team. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our enterprise ecommerce application, ensuring high performance and quality across both iOS and Android platforms. Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, robust, and user-friendly mobile applications.

• Collaborate with your own squad, product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

• Responsible for the automation testing capabilities in our React Native codebase. This includes Maestro, unit testing and BFF integration testing.

• Focus on uplifting test coverage across the mobile platform.

• Keeping the current manual regression test cases up to date.

• Execution of pre-release and post release testing of the mobile application.

• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.

• Assist in defining the architecture and technical design of new features.

Skills & Experience

• Proven commercial experience as a QA Mobile Tester (5+ years) with a focus on automation.

• Experience in BFF/API layers, Authentication, Martech, Firebase a must.

• Background contributing in SCRUM based teams.

• Proficiency in Github, Expo CI/CD pipelines.

• Solid understanding of mobile development lifecycle and deployment processes for both iOS and Android.

• Excellent communication skills and drive to uplift engineering capability in the squad.
