We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Agentic AI Engineer to spearhead the adoption and implementation of autonomous and agent-based AI solutions across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for shaping AI strategy, driving transformation programs, and developing scalable agentic AI architectures that align with organizational goals.

As a key leader, you will work at the convergence of advanced AI technologies, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation to enable intelligent, autonomous decision-making systems throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Agentic AI strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with business priorities

• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives focused on autonomous and agent-based AI systems

• Design, architect, and implement scalable AI agents and autonomous decision-making frameworks

• Establish AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices for enterprise deployment

• Drive cross-functional execution of complex AI programs and initiatives

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to embed AI solutions into operational workflows

• Build and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders

• Foster innovation and contribute thought leadership in the evolving Agentic AI landscape

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Agentic AI, autonomous systems, and LLM-powered agent frameworks

• Strong hands-on experience in AI architecture, solution design, and scalable system development

• Solid understanding of AI governance, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI platforms and solutions

• Demonstrated technical leadership and program management capabilities

• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks

• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and decision intelligence platforms

• Strong understanding of enterprise AI adoption, scalability, and operational challenges

• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
