We're looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations —
recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and policy administration — along with day-to-day office administration for our Baner office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
2. Handle onboarding and exit formalities — offer letters, appointment letters, document
collection, and induction.
3. Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data; provide payroll inputs each month.
4. Draft and administer HR documents — letters, policies, and the employee handbook — and conduct policy walkthroughs for new joiners.
5. Track probation periods, confirmations, and appraisal cycles; coordinate performance reviews.
6. Handle employee queries and grievances professionally and confidentially.
7. Drive employee engagement activities; ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity,etc.)
8. Oversee day-to-day office administration — housekeeping, supplies, and facility upkeep.
9. Manage vendors, AMCs, and service providers; process bills and invoices for approval.
10. Maintain records of office assets (laptops, ID cards, SIMs); handle issue and recovery during joining/exit.
11. Coordinate logistics as needed.
12. Support management with scheduling, documentation, and general office coordination.
Requirements
● 3–5 years in an HR generalist or HR & admin role, preferably in a startup or SME
● Working knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), HRMS, and MS Office/Google Workspace
● Familiarity with Indian labour laws and statutory compliance basics
● Excellent communication in English and Hindi; Marathi a plus
● Organized, hands-on, and dependable with sensitive information
