VideoSDK is building infrastructure for AI Agents and Voice AI. We enable developers and businesses to deploy, manage, and scale production-ready AI agents with real-time compute and orchestration. We are an early-stage, high-growth startup building a category-defining product in AI infrastructure.
We are hiring a Product-Led Growth (PLG) Lead to own our end-to-end growth and GTM motion — from positioning and brand narrative to developer adoption and scalable growth loops.
This is a high-ownership role where you will work directly with the Founder to:
Define and refine Ideal Customer Profile (AI founders, voice AI builders, infra teams)
Build strong product launch positioning
Drive developer adoption and activation
Create scalable distribution loops
Turn product features into growth engines
Shape VideoSDK’s brand in the AI infrastructure ecosystem
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning, Messaging & Branding
Refine and strengthen the product narrative (Agent Cloud / Voice Infrastructure)
Develop clear value propositions for different ICP segments
Own website messaging, homepage positioning, and landing page optimization
Create compelling launch announcements and product storytelling assets
Build and maintain brand voice and messaging guidelines
Ensure brand consistency across website, content, email, and social channels
Define category positioning against competing infrastructure players
Product-Led Growth & Developer Adoption
Design and optimize onboarding and activation flows
Improve conversion from signup → activation → retention
Optimize documentation for clarity and conversion
Identify and implement in-product growth loops
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align growth experiments
Build developer-first acquisition strategies
Performance & Demand Generation
Build and scale LinkedIn + X (Twitter) growth engine
Execute founder-led content strategy
Run paid acquisition experiments (if required)
Design lifecycle email funnels and nurture sequences
Continuously test, analyze, and optimize growth channels
Developer Community & Organic Growth
Plan and execute Product Hunt launches
Drive distribution across Dev.to, Hacker News, Reddit, and AI communities
Lead SEO/AEO strategy for AI infrastructure and voice AI
Coordinate technical blog strategy with engineering
Build organic community engagement channels

Must Have
2–4 years in SaaS / AI / Developer tools marketing
Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG)
Knows how to market technical or infrastructure products
Proven experience launching products or executing GTM strategies
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience optimizing websites and landing pages
High ownership mindset with strong execution capability
Comfortable working in a 0 → 1 startup environment
Good to Have
Built organic growth loops or community-led growth
Hands-on SEO execution experience
Experience running paid performance experiments
Prior early-stage startup exposure
Experience marketing AI tools or infrastructure platforms
Experience targeting developers as primary ICP
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field
MBA (Marketing / Strategy) is a plus but not mandatory
