We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer / Lead Software Engineer – SDET (P3/P4) to join a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software development, test automation, quality engineering, and automated testing across UI, API, integration, and backend services

Strong hands-on programming experience with Java and/or TypeScript
Advanced experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright
Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks and architectures
Build reusable automation libraries, utilities, and testing components
Develop and maintain UI, API, integration, and end-to-end automated tests
Strong understanding of TestNG, Page Object Model (POM), and test framework design
Implement parallel test execution and cross-browser testing
Perform testing across mobile, tablet, desktop, and multi-platform environments
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub Actions
Work with API clients, request interception, network/proxy integrations, and retry mechanisms
Implement test fixtures, test data management, matrix testing, and automated reporting
Apply strong coding standards, test architecture principles, and scalable automation practices
Experience with Selenium Grid, Selenoid, or Cloud Grid
Knowledge of Shadow DOM automation
Experience with Java Reflection and Custom Annotations
Strong understanding of thread-safe programming and concurrent execution
Knowledge of TypeScript Generics, Decorators, and Module Architecture
Experience developing custom test reporters
Experience improving CI/CD test reliability and execution efficiency
Development of shared API libraries and service integrations
Familiarity with Maven, Artifactory, Checkstyle, and GitFlow
Experience with OAuth and token management
Experience optimizing test infrastructure and automation performance
Technical leadership, mentoring, and engineering best-practice ownership

Build reliable CI/CD automation and improve test execution efficiency
Identify and resolve framework, tooling, and test infrastructure issues
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and QA teams
Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices and coding standards
Contribute to continuous improvements in test coverage, reliability, maintainability, and execution speed
In addition to the above responsibilities, the P4 Lead Quality Engineer will:
Define the technical vision and long-term automation strategy
Own framework architecture and engineering standards
Establish organization-wide QA engineering and automation best practices
Drive technical initiatives across multiple teams
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA/SDET engineers
You are a strong QA Automation Engineer, SDET, or Quality Engineer who combines software development skills with deep expertise in test automation and quality engineering. You enjoy building robust automation frameworks, solving complex testing challenges, improving CI/CD reliability, and enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality software at scale.
