Business Development Manager (US Market)
We're seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire US-based clients and companies,close deals through to signed MOUs/contracts, and then serve as their account manager. This role involves evening and/or early morning shifts to align with US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients and companies in the US market.
2. Own the complete deal cycle outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing through to signing of MOU or contract.
3. Act as Account Manager for signed clients: serve as their single point of contact, maintain relationships, resolve issues, and identify upsell/renewal opportunities.
4. Conduct calls and virtual meetings with US prospects and clients, including
evening/early morning slots.
5. Coordinate with internal delivery/operations teams to ensure commitments to clients are met.
6. Maintain accurate records of all prospects, deal stages, contracts, and client interactions in the CRM; report pipeline and revenue metrics to management. Work Schedule
● Hybrid: mix of on-site (Baner office) and remote work
● Rotational shifts aligned to US time zones evening and/or early morning calls required
Requirements
● 4–8 years in B2B business development/sales, with at least 2 years handling US or international clients (IT staffing, edtech, or services preferred)
● Proven track record of closing contracts/MOUs and managing client accounts end-to-end
● Excellent spoken and written English; strong negotiation and presentation skills
● Willingness to work evening/early morning shifts
● Strong CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management
