As an AI / ML Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent applications powered by advanced AI technologies and cloud-based AI services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building scalable, production-ready AI solutions, optimizing model performance, and ensuring high-quality delivery standards.
You will work extensively with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems while also exploring advanced AI techniques such as deep learning, neural networks, NLP, chatbots, and image processing. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to successfully integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing products and workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI/ML initiatives.
Collaborate with and guide team members to ensure successful project execution.
Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to key architectural discussions.
Work closely with multiple teams to drive AI adoption and implementation.
Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges across teams.
Mentor junior engineers and support their growth in AI and machine learning technologies.
Continuously evaluate, optimize, and improve AI models and systems for better performance and scalability.
Strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs)
Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Generative AI
Proficiency in Python and PyTorch
Strong understanding of Deep Learning concepts and frameworks
Experience with Scikit-learn and Image Processing techniques
Experience with cloud-based AI services and deployments
Familiarity with TensorFlow and other deep learning frameworks
Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools
Experience building and deploying chatbots or conversational AI solutions
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer
Proven experience in GenAI and RAG-based applications
Strong practical exposure to production-grade AI system development
