What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI features — from idea to prototype to production
Translate abstract ideas into working products in hours or days (not weeks)
Collaborate closely with engineers who code faster than most people can spec
Talk to users, read between the lines, and turn chaos into clarity
Work directly with leadership (including the CPTO) on product strategy
Balance speed with quality — build fast, but don’t break trust
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of product management experience in fast-moving tech companies
Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products (e.g. LLMs, GPT-based tools, recommendations, vision, NLP)
You’re fluent in how models work — transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.
Comfortable working with engineering — maybe you even prototype yourself
Strong product sense — you know when to ask “why,” and when to say “ship it”
Bonus Points If You:
Have an engineering degree from a Tier 1 college
Have worked in a zero-to-one or founding team setup
Read AI papers for fun and know what “RAG” means without googling
