• Experience with Integrations (both OOTB and Custom)

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

• Develop, configure, and support integrations across enterprise systems.

• Contribute to ITSM and ITOM process improvements and platform enhancements.

• Ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

• CMDB, WorkDay, AI

• Experience with Javascript

• Powershell experience

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
