We are seeking a BMC Remedy Workflow Developer to design, customize, and maintain our on-premise BMC Remedy platform. The role involves developing custom workflows, configuring ITSM and CMDB modules, integrating Remedy with external corporate systems, and automating IT operations using Remedy Developer Studio.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Development

• Create and modify custom Remedy core objects, including Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and Guides, using Remedy Developer Studio.

• Develop and maintain workflows to automate IT service management and operational processes.

• Customize Remedy applications based on business and operational requirements.
  

ITSM & CMDB

• Configure and support on-premise Remedy ITSM modules, including:

  • Incident Management

  • Change Management

  • Asset Management

  • Service Request Management

• Configure and maintain Atrium CMDB.

• Ensure workflows and configurations align with ITSM processes and organizational requirements.
  

Integrations

• Build and maintain data exchanges between Remedy and external corporate systems.

• Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP API Web Services.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data synchronization between systems.
  

Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization

• Analyze Remedy server and application logs, including:

  • arerror.log

  • Filter logs

  • API logs

• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and application issues.

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

• Optimize database queries and Remedy configurations to improve system performance and reliability.
