About the Role

We are looking for passionate and skilled Java Full Stack Developers with strong front-end experience in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript to build and enhance scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deliver solutions that meet business goals while championing best practices in security, performance, debugging, and quality engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Java (8+) with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices patterns.

• Build and deliver responsive, user-centric front-end applications using React, JavaScript/ES6+, and TypeScript.

• Ensure seamless integration between front-end and RESTful backend services.

Unit Testing & Quality Engineering

• Write comprehensive unit tests using JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks.

• Participate in code reviews, enforce tooling for quality, and promote test-driven development practices.

Security, Debugging & Performance

• Implement secure coding standards, authentication/authorization (e.g., JWT/OAuth2), and safeguard applications against common vulnerabilities.

• Perform deep debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization across the full stack.

• Monitor and tune applications for speed, responsiveness, and stability.

Architecture & Best Practices

• Contribute to architectural discussions, including microservices and micro-frontend practices (nice to have).

• Apply design patterns and scalable solutions to complex technical challenges.

• Ensure clean code, documentation, and adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work in Agile teams, engaging in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6-10 yrs of professional software development experience.

• Strong backend expertise in Java (8+), Spring Boot, and microservices.

• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

• Experience writing unit tests and applying testing frameworks across the stack.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, and API integration.

• Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Desired (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to micro-frontend architecture concepts and design patterns. Michael Page

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

• Experience with performance profiling tools and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel)
