The SAP Security Specialist will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP roles and authorizations. This is not just a "back-end" technical role; the successful candidate must actively engage with business process owners to define, build, and maintain a secure and efficient role architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Role Administration: Design, create, and maintain SAP roles (Single, Composite, and Derived) across the landscape.
Business Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical security roles.
User Provisioning: Manage user access requests while ensuring compliance with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and internal audit policies.
Troubleshooting: Perform a deep-dive analysis of authorization failures and promptly resolve access issues to minimize business disruption.
Security Maintenance: Support periodic security audits and ensure the SAP environment remains compliant with KLA’s global security standards.
Required Skills:
Experience: 5+ years in SAP Security and GRC.
Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of PFCG, SU01, and SAP security tables.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to explain technical security concepts to non-technical business users.
Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
