Job Type: This role is 100% remote (but need to travel to base location once in a quarter )

Domain Exp: Min 5+ years of Project Management exp plus at least 5+ years of US healthcare exp is required ( non negotiable)

Job Description:

The Sr. Project Manager – Financial Migrations is a strategic and delivery-focused leader responsible for executing complex hospital data migration and archiving initiatives across financial, HR, ERP, and revenue cycle systems within the product suite.

This role owns end-to-end implementation strategy and execution, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes. The Sr. Project Manager also plays a key role in mentoring team members and driving best practices across engagements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Client Advisory

  • Develop and lead comprehensive implementation strategies for financial, HR, ERP, and revenue cycle data migrations

  • Provide thought leadership on revenue cycle workflows, system optimization, and data migration best practices

  • Assess current-state processes and define future-state workflows aligned to client goals

  • Partner with client stakeholders to align on scope, risks, timelines, and success criteria

Project Delivery

  • Own full project lifecycle delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives within LKOasis financial and HR/ERP verticals

  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes

  • Lead client-facing meetings and provide clear, proactive communication to stakeholders and leadership

  • Track and report on milestones, deliverables, and overall project health

Team Leadership

  • Coach, mentor, and guide project team members to drive performance and accountability

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment

  • Support escalation management and problem resolution across teams and clients

Operational Excellence

  • Drive consistency in delivery through adherence to standardized methodologies and quality standards

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalable delivery practices

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future outcomes

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex implementations

  • 7+ years leading healthcare revenue cycle projects (required)

  • 5+ years in hospital or large healthcare system environments

  • 7+ years of experience in patient billing, claims, and revenue cycle operations

  • Proven experience developing and executing implementation strategies for financial system migrations

Technical & Domain Expertise

  • Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle workflows and financial systems

  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Lawson, SAP, UKG, Kronos) and healthcare systems (e.g., Meditech, Cerner)

  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, ANSI, XML, CSV)

Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business outcomes

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

  • PMP certification preferred

  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
